Note: There are three new MN Veterans vehicle license plates available in 2002. There is one for belonging to the American Legion, another for being in the Veterans of Forgien Wars (VFW) and finally one for being a veteran but not being in a war. This last plate is called "Proud to Be a Veteran" and features a US Flag. A one time $30 contribution to the World War II Veterans Memorial Fund is required.
